We are happy to refund or replace any orders up to 14 days from their estimated delivery date. We do request that items are in new condition, however if your order arrives with a fault we will gladly refund or replace the item at no charge. We can also offer free exchanges for a different size if your items don't fit quite right, we know this can be the biggest struggle of online shopping.
